Re-employment Counselling

Executives Available Inc. is a private, non-profit organization that was founded by Father T. McEntee in 1977. At the time, several unemployed management professionals were having difficulty relocating in the workforce and resources were unavailable to assist them in finding positions. By working together, they were successful in achieving desired results within a shorter period of time.

The organization, which was self-supporting for twenty years, eventually partnered with the federal government, and subsequently Emploi Québec, to provide career transition services to a greater number of individuals regardless of ethnicity, creed, or language. The partnership was successful and continues to this day.

To join the program, they must be over 40, hold a university degree, or have significant experience at the management level. Members cannot be concurrently registered in any other work assistance program that receives financial support from Emploi Québec.
