Adele McAlear

Adele McAlear is a marketing professional with a diverse background as a music manager, tech marketer, and social media consultant. She founded Sparks The Flame in 2015 with a focus on helping artists release music, build audiences, and grow their careers. The vast majority of her work is with Irish artists.

From 2007, Adele was part of the first cohort of social media marketers pioneering how to build audiences online and worked with tech startups, public relations firms, and high-profile individuals. She became a subject matter expert and public speaker on Digital Legacy. Adele was the Digital & Social Content Manager for Justin Trudeau’s Liberal Party of Canada leadership campaign, the first political race in Canada to integrate social media as a core strategic element.

Adele has developed and taught college-level Music Business Administration courses at Trebas Institute and taught social media and community management at McGill. She sits on the Board of the Siamsa School of Irish Music in Montreal.
